Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DUKE + DEXTER purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original D+D shoebox and secure them within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts in the portal to download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
